TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hoffman Guitars and Sound is happy to provide your initial consultation, as well as any other sessions needed to accurately prepare information and present your final sound project proposal FREE of charge. This includes any additional meetings requested by the customer during the course of the proposal preparation. Please note that sound measurements will need to be taken for any space where a sound system is to be installed, by means of a spectrograph session, and shall be included in the "Free Consultation".
HGS shall include these services free of charge as long as the project is contracted within 90 Days of the initial consultation. In some cases, the proposal preparation process may take longer andexceptions to the 90 Day rule may be made at HGS's discretion.
If the project is not contracted within 90 Days, and no exceptions to that time line have been made, then payment for consultation and proposal preparation will be due immediately and in accordance with the prices outlined hereafter.

$250.00 (up to 5 rooms)
The customer will NOT be responsible for charges for any additional visits requested by HGS, to the location of any job, to obtain any information regarding project that was not gathered during the initial consultation, such as additional room size measurements, re-examining any existing equipment, or additional sound measurements in addition to original Spectrograph Session (if applicable).
