" I wish I would have found this guitar before I spent two grand on my new Fender. This thing is awesome. The neck feels great and the action is perfect.....so easy to play!" (About the HGS ST1HSS)

"Wow, do you hear this thing resonate? Really nice guitar, plays nice, feels nice. Nice finish on it too. The only thing I don't like is the frets....they're still there! Take a look at my guitar later and you'll see what I'm talking about. But no, seriously, really nice job!" (About the HGS TTHS)
- Tommy Redd, Legendary Songwriter and Guitarist for Epic/Legacy Recording Artists and band Nantucket
Just to clarify, later when I checked out Tommy's guitar, I quickly understood what he was talking about. The frets were worn to almost non-existence. Hey Tommy, we also do fret work! - Lynn, HGS
" Quality product for quality players" (About the HGS ST13S Lefty paired with the HGS Hot Dog speaker cabinet, driven by a Fender Champ 30 head)
- John Wilson, Frontman, Vocalist, Guitarist for BigTime Party Band
Over the past few years, some of our gear has found its way into the hands of quite a few extremely talented musicians such as Clifford Curry, Lee Brice, Josh Thompson, Jason Michael Carrol, Kix Brooks, Glorianna, Scotty McCreery, Thompson Square, Jana Kramer, Kellie Pickler and Aaron Lewis, to name a few. Hoffman Guitars and Sound would also like to thank those artists for helping HGS's creations to be a valuable contribution to help raise money for the kids at NC Children's
Hospital in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, as well as other Local Charities and Institutions.

ABOUT HOFFMAN GUITARS AND SOUND'S PRODUCTS
"My car got stuck in the snow after a gig last week. All I had that I could use for tow-rope was two 20 ft guitar cables you built for me. I didn't want to use them, but I figured it was cheaper to replace them than pay for a tow truck.....so I doubled them up and I used them. AND I AM STILL USING THEM! THEY STILL WORK! No noise, nothing wrong with them at all. Damn tough cables!!! Amazing....just wanted to write you and tell you thanks, you saved me $100 on a tow truck! I will be buying more of your stuff.
- Jarrod, Guitarist
"I wasn't sure where I was going to turn to get the much needed help for the acoustics in my back room. Then I met Lynn from HGS. He came in with his test equipment, and sat down with me later to discuss the results. I was amazed with his knowledge, and his understanding of the Roadhouse being a new business and not really having a budget to make the improvements needed. Reasonable suggestions were made, with alternatives to the high cost estimates others had given, and within 10 days the project was completed! In the following 3 weeks, Lynn has been here taking additional sound readings and tweaking things to get the sound perfect. I have to say, after having heard the response from our staff, our bands, and most importantly our customers, Lynn knows his stuff. HGS has helped change the Pittsboro Roadhouse into the music venue I have always wanted it to be. I have no doubt that HGS will continue to be part of our growth."
- Greg Lewis, Owner of Pittsboro Roadhouse
"I recently had the pleasure to work at the Pittsboro Roadhouse and use the new sound system that Hoffman Guitars and Sound designed and installed for the Roadhouse. Let me just say it is fantastic. It is clean, very powerful, but precisely matched to the room so the sound is always clear and full yet comfortable for the audience. Way more power than is needed, but that’s always a good thing with sound systems that have properly matched monitors and mains. And this system has very well matched speakers. The Allen & Heath board is excellent, we have one for our traveling wedding band, and they are clean and quiet. It’s a joy to work with a system this good. HGS also put in a lot of sound baffles in the ceiling of the room, so now you don’t have to constantly fight the room when setting your sound. The sound went from horrible to as nice as there is in the Triangle. Triple AAA rating on this one."
